How do I make a payment?

Your contract will tell you how much you have to pay throughout the term of your tenancy. You need to make sure that your payments are received on or before the due date as otherwise you may be charged for a late payment. Most of our contracts are set up to be paid termly as most of our tenants will pay when they receive their student loan payments.

You can pay your rent securely online using our payment link on this page. Please note that if you pay by credit card, you will need to pay an additional charge of 2.5% to cover our costs in dealing with these payments. You can avoid the credit card fee by using a debit card. You will receive an email confirming your payment shortly after your payment has been processed. Sorry, but we do not accept American Express cards. 

You can also send us a cheque (payable to Oak Student Letts), pay cash or transfer money direct into our bank account. If you pay direct into our bank account, the details you need are:

We receive lots of payments and need to allocate your payments and to your records. To help us please quote your surname (or the surname of the tenant if you are paying for somebody else) and the property address on the payment.
