Tenancy Fees Payable

Booking fee - £99

This is the only fee most tenants have to pay.

Here are some fees you won’t have to pay:

Holding fee – nil

Guarantor fee – nil

Renewal fee – nil

Check-out fee – nil

Deposit protection fee - nil

You will have to pay a refundable security deposit which in most cases is £250 and which will be protected under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS).

If you do not comply with the terms of your tenancy agreement, other fees may be payable. Examples are as follows:

Rent arrears letter fee - £20 (no charge for first contact)

Rent arrears solicitors letter fee - £30

Dishonoured payment fee - £20 (if a cheque bounces or a card payment is subsequently recalled)

Monthly rent payment fee - £50 (only payable where the contract specifies periodic rent dates and the tenant requests monthly payments)

Lock out charge - £30 (if you’ve lost your key and you need us to let you in to your property)

Replacement key fee - £30 (if you lose your key; the charge may be more if a master suite or full lock change is needed)

All fees quoted are inclusive of VAT at the current rate
