Oak Students is a Specialised Student Letting agents based in Nottingham. Established in 2003 we aim to provide a high quality service to both Landlords and Student Tenants. Since our conception we have expanded to manage over 350 properties in Both Nottingham and Loughborough. In 2006 we moved to our new offices on Shakespeare Street placing us in the heart of Nottingham city centre and 100m from the Trent University.

Our aim is to provide high quality accommodation with a friendly service to both Landlords and Tenants. In order to assist in the process of lettings we have a dedicated staff to dealing with all matters from rent collection and payment to maintenance and refurbishement.
